- Preparing for market: If the company is deemed ready, we prepare a listing agreement and conduct a comprehensive interview and site visit to create a top-notch Confidential Information Memorandum for showcasing the company to prospective buyers.
- Confidential advertising: We employ a confidential process using Non-Disclosure and Financial Disclosure Documents to maintain the company’s identity and ensure prospects have the financial capacity to purchase.
- Finding potential buyers: We identify and engage with individuals or groups most likely to purchase the business and start accepting offers. We work closely with sellers to select a buyer that aligns with their financial and emotional objectives.
- Due diligence and closing: Once a buyer is selected, we initiate the due diligence and closing process, which typically lasts 45-90 days, depending on the deal size and industry.
- Transaction closure: After a successful due diligence period, we assist in finalizing the transaction with the chosen attorneys.
